1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform. We may update Terms periodically; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
2. Our services

- Paid packages for placement, duration, visibility, and related features
- Business directory listings
- An optional affiliate / referral program
- User accounts, profiles, and messaging features where enabled

3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our content rules, or applicable law. One person or business should not create accounts solely to abuse promotions, rankings, or affiliate commissions.
4. Paid packages and digital products
Prices, package limits (for example word limits, link limits, video slots, listing duration), and featured placements are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, packages are digital services. 5. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant Post Articles, News, Sponsored Posts, Videos, Website Links a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote, and format your submissions for operating and marketing the platform. You represent that you have all rights needed to publish the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
We may review, edit for formatting, refuse, delay, unpublish, or remove content at our discretion, including content that violates policy or law.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not submit or promote:

Violations may result in content removal, account ban, and forfeiture of fees as described in our policies. Payments are generally non-refundable in these cases.
7. Intellectual property of CLAADSS
The Post Articles, News, Sponsored Posts, Videos, Website Links name, logos, design, software, and original site materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or resell platform features without written permission.
8. Affiliate program
If you join the affiliate program, additional rules apply: unique referral links, commission on qualifying paid package sales, no self-referrals, required PayPal or bank details for payouts, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and voiding of commissions on refunds or fraud. We may withhold or reverse commissions for suspected abuse.
9. Third-party services
Payments, embeds (for example video platforms), analytics, and other tools may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from user content.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific ranking outcomes, search-engine results, or business results from publishing or advertising on Post Articles, News, Sponsored Posts, Videos, Website Links. Sponsored and user content does not necessarily reflect our views.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Post Articles, News, Sponsored Posts, Videos, Website Links and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific package giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim.

15. Governing law
