How does the 10-Minute Cart Hold Lock work?
When you select a time slot and specialist on our calendar, that slot is instantly blocked on all booking channels for 10 minutes. This prevents another guest from taking your desired chair while you enter your details. If checkout is not completed within 10 minutes, the slot is automatically released back to the live schedule.
Do I need a patch test before a Couture Balayage or Tint?
If you have never had color applied at our salon, or if it has been over 6 months since your last coloring, we require a complimentary 48-hour allergy patch test behind your ear. You can drop by any of our salons without an appointment for this 2-minute test.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand schedules shift. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with full deposit credit up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the booking deposit to compensate the specialist whose time was reserved.
Are retail apothecary products eligible for refunds?
Yes! We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If any haircare elixir or dermal serum causes irritation or does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a replacement or 100% store credit. Silk pillowcases must remain unopened in original hygiene packaging.
Can I book multiple treatments in a single appointment?
Absolutely! Our booking engine allows you to add multiple services (for example, French Balayage followed by a Cellular Hydra-Facial). Our system automatically schedules your specialist sequence and inserts necessary sanitary buffer intervals between treatments.
